Evaluation Question 6

The Apple Mac Pro, this machine only came into use with use after the filming stage, we used this mainly for the software that was on it, iMovie 11. We used this to edit our movie into the movie it now is. Some parts of the software was difficult and hard to use but most of it was easy and straight forward. We used Google to help us understand most of the software and basic general knowledge.

A camcorder, we used these to film our movie opening. without this none of this would be possible. The problem with this is the battery life and the fact that its storage wasn't great so we had a limitation on how much we could film and how many times we could mess up before having to wipe it at a PC. We overcame this by being talented and doing it correctly quickly.









we used the tripod to steady the camcorder and hold it in position to make sure our shots we focused. No real problems arose from the  tripod, it worked as a tripod should which was good.








I used a camera to take photos from the shot and upload them to my blog later. The camera had the same problem as the camcorder as the battery life wasn't superb but over came it by getting the work done.





While i did use many physical technologies, i have used a few online website and offline software's. Youtube was a major website that i used in order to analyse other movie and gain ideas through that to put into my movie or base mine around. IMDB was another major website of use as it allowed me to look up movies of similar genre and base mine around it again. Blogger is another iv been using it to reach you guys and inform you of all that's been going on in our movie production.
This task has taught me a bit more about technology than i already knew, mainly about iMovie, as i went into this task knowing nothing about it and coming out on the other end knowing how to move scenes in order and make them into a movie style clip, there is admittedly more i could learn such as soundtracks and SFX but i have grasped the basics behind it. the rest of the tech we used i have already used in the past and was fully aware of how to work it.
